The genesis of Nougat Script can be traced back to a significant personal event, commemorating the arrival of my first daughter, Siena. Following its inception, the font underwent considerable development, culminating in its recognition at Tipos Latinos, a prestigious showcase of Latin American typography.
After a hiatus, the project experienced a resurgence, marked by substantial expansion both in character count and intricacy, resulting in four distinct writing styles encapsulated within a single font file accessible through opentype features: Script (base or normal), two glyphic alternatives featuring unique swashes, and a small cap version. Nougat Script embodies a fusion of casual elegance and typographic precision, making it ideal for sophisticated text compositions.
